The House Gyms Challenge
We know House members are always up for a challenge!
Beginning March 1st through August 31st, we’re launching a six-month challenge designed to motivate and reward our dedicated gym members.
Happy Hour with The House

Erg Half Marathon
LET’S GOOOO!!!! An ERG HALF MARATHON will be happening Saturday, May 18th at the 9am hour. The 8am class will be a normal Saturday workout class and the ERG relay will follow at 9:00 sharp! Coach Milly will be leading both hours!

On February 5, from 6am-11:00am, Meghan Saito, owner and nurse practitioner of M Aesthetics in Lake Oswego, will be at The House administering B12 shots for $20 (usually $38) during the AM classes. This deal is available to everyone so bring your friends!

Wandering Sauna
As a token of our gratitude for your continued dedication to health and fitness, we are thrilled to announce a special membership appreciation event – The Wandering Sauna Experience!
Wandering Sauna will transform our parking lot from 8am-12:30pm into a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation.
We are limiting each session to 8 people to ensure everyone can fully enjoy the experience. A sign-up sheet will be available at The House, allowing you to choose your preferred time slot.

2023 Holiday Challenge
Let’s kick this festive season off with a little Holiday Challenge for everyone who loves a challenge! 20 classes in 30 days, starting November 23 (Thanksgiving Day) and ending on December 22!
