Join us for a rejuvenating Mobility Class led by Coach Antje.

This class is designed to help you enhance your physical well-being and prepare your body for the week ahead. It emphasizes light breathing techniques and a series of gentle stretching exercises to promote flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and improve overall mobility. Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve your performance, someone recovering from an injury, or simply seeking a relaxing and revitalizing Sunday morning routine, Coach Antje’s class is for you.

The Mobility Class begins with a brief warm-up to prepare your body for stretching exercises. Coach Antje will guide you through a variety of stretches, each targeting different muscle groups and areas of the body. Throughout the class, she'll emphasize proper breathing techniques and mindfulness to help you stay in the moment and maximize the benefits of each stretch. The class concludes with a cool-down and relaxation period to leave you feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the week ahead.

This class is FREE to all current members and non-members.
